We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Refunds are provided as store credit, with a ₹150 processing fee per item deducted. Your store credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery. You can exchange any garment for a different size or a different style of equal or higher value – any price difference is payable online. Please note that each garment is eligible for exchange only once. A nominal processing fee of ₹150 per item will be charged for exchanges.
To raise a return or exchange request, WhatsApp us on +91-8433931569 with your order number within 7 days of receipt of the order. A return pick-up will be initiated within 3 days of request.
All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with original tags and packaging. You must return any accessories (belts, laces, tie, etc.) accompanying the items.
International orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
